Hot water extraction, or steam cleaning as it is commonly known is still the preferred method of cleaning carpet. Steam cleaning alone however is not going to give you the results that you are looking for, that is why we also offer a Pro Clean option.

We offer two levels of carpet cleaning, our “standard clean” is perfect for the budget customer, or when the job needs to be completed quickly. Then there is our ProClean option: This comprehensive cleaning strategy will bring your carpet to the best condition possible, often to its original condition. This is especially recommended for those who get a professional clean rarely, or those trying to make a good impression such as when selling a house or having people over.

65% of soil is dry soil, so a professional vacuum is the first step to the process. Sadly most cheap carpet cleaners dont vacuum prior to cleaning and subsequently by adding water to this embedded grit will create MUD which can wick back up to the surface after cleaning. All carpets are different and need to be cleaned in different ways. There are 5 different methods and we incorporate any or sometimes all of them get you the best possible result.

Stain Removal

We can deal with particularly stubborn stains specially, including urine and other stains from pets. We can get rid of both the stain and the smell from carpet or rugs.

Pet stains: There is the stain and there is the odor. We recognize this and have developed a proven process for treating both.

Yellow stains: As a general rule any stain that is lighter than the natural colour of the carpet means that it is bleached. This means it has chemically changed the carpet. While some of these types of stains are truly permanent we have products to reduce or completely remove them.

Cordial, Soft drink etc. stains: These stains contain food colouring and actually dye your carpet. These stains can also be very tricky to remove but with the right techniques and a little patience can be safely removed.

Paint and oil stains: These types of stains can be removed fairly easily depending on how deep into the fiber they have penetrated.
